Bucks County Native Continues to Shine on National Level

Although his team was unable to defeat their national rival, the USA Falcons, Bucks County native Mike Graham displayed a solid performance as the USA Hawks' inside center.

In the first six minutes of play, Graham helped secure the only lead the Hawks would see the entire match with a conversion after a try by srumhalf and captain, Mike Petri.

By the time there were only 10 minutes left in the half, the Falcons had answered with two tries, taking a lead of 14 to 7. The Hawks tied up the game before the half after a try by wing Justin Boyd.

In the second half, the Hawks only made one offensive attack, while the Falcons juggled a 10-point lead. Graham secured a penalty kick for the Hawks, but the Falcons added one to their score as well, along with a game-ending interception by Tyson Meek. The final was 39 to 24.

Graham has been named as the Hawks starting outside center in their next match against Canada West.
